Yes, the Phantom line with the exception of the Phantom 4 Pro RTK has come to an end
DJI Director of Public Safety Integration Romeo Durscher
Phantom 4, except RTK is out of stock in most places and won't supply.
Persistent rumors and people very close to DJI have informed us that the DJI Phantom 5 has been canceled. The product manager responsible for the Phantom 5, of which we have seen various prototypes with interchangeable lenses earlier, has been reassigned to another DJI project.

My source in sales channel old that this can be truth. As DJI all last months try to hike average selling drone price. Also Phantom average life between major repairs is much higher compared to Mavic, and company does not like this. He told that DJI management specially talked to largest retailers assuring them that they do anything possible to make drones live shorter times and have higher prices, so it'll be more profits for bott of them.
Small updates from my little talks with few people in retail.
DJI can have major issue with LSI and some intellectual property they used in Phantom drones. This can even affect their other drones. We can see full blown issues as soon as US-Chinese trade war will start to move faster, for now it is all under wraps but damage is enough to make Chinese part to be much more willing to negotiate.
