Dear Vadim
Thanks for your tips, both here and earlier in the thread. Using the highlight curve instead of dialling down contrast is a really interesting idea I hadn't thought of, something I'm going to experiment with.
You're right, it's always a case of dealing with limitations (I used to have a Nikon D5200, with Ai lenses, no exposure metering)
And it's true that with the EM5 you can get the results you want. And the 5 axis stabilisation on old manual lenses, is just phenomenal, it's alien technology almost! No need for stabilisation in post, wonderful. It just seems a shame that the photography experience on the EM5 is, basically, perfect, incredibly fluid from a user interface pov, while the video shooting UX is quite fiddly. If only they let you shoot manual video when you're in manual mode, it'd be perfect, in terms of UX.

On my EM5 the sensor is twitching if I turn camera to 100-180 degrees from normal landscape orientation. There are some colored stripes that are recorded in both video and stills. Here's an example of how it looks: https://drive.google.com/open?id=0B5kXAiYbl5AIZjVKTXRIWVppeUU&authuser=0
Is it normal or is my camera broken?
